Ascott Residence Trust Management names Zulkifli Bin Baharudin as Director

He is currently independent non-executive director of Singapore Post.

The Board of Ascott Residence Trust Management announced the appointment of Zulkifli Bin Baharudin as Director.

Mr Zulkifli Bin Baharudin, 53, is an independent non-executive director of Singapore Post and Hup Soon Global Corporation Limited. Both companies are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading, according to an Ascott Residence Trust report.

Mr Zulkifli also serves as a director on several private limited companies as well as on the board of Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Singapore Management University. In addition, Mr Zulkifli is Singapore’s Non-Resident Ambassador to the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria and Republic of Uzbekistan. He also served as Nominated Member of Parliament (October 1997 to September 2001) and was awarded the Public Service Award (Meritorious) in 2005; and BBM, Public Service Star Award in 2011.
