UOL, Singland to launch Thomson Three on Saturday

It's a 21-storey condo project.

Thomson Three, a 21-storey condominium project with 435 apartments and 10 strata semi-detached houses, will be launched this coming Saturday (21 September).

This project is a 50/50 joint-venture between UOL Group Ltd and Singapore Land Limited.

The 99-year leasehold property is spread across approximately 145,000 square feet site at Upper Thomson Road.

Situated near MacRitchie and Lower Peirce Reservoir, Thomson Three is one minute’s walk away from the upcoming Upper Thomson MRT Station, providing easy access to Orchard Road, Shenton Way and Marina Bay.

Thomson Three is competitively priced at an average price of around $1,350 per square foot (psf). The typical one- to four-bedroom apartments range from 495 sq ft to 1,485 sq ft, while the strata semi-detached houses are 3,283 sq ft each.
