Ultra-luxury Ferra units start selling for $2.3m minimum

30 units now on sale.

Far East Organization said that 30 units for its 104-unit Ferra development for sale with prices starting from $2.3 million for a 732 sq ft unit. Ferra is best known as the Innesence development being designed by the renowned Paolo Pininfarina, the first-ever residential to be crafted by Pininfarina in Asia.

Far East Organization said Ferra should sell well as buyers get drawn to four key elements.

“Ferra, like all our Inessence residences, fulfils the four brand attributes with Pininfarina’s exclusive design, the desirable District 9 address, configurable living space, and thoughtful design appeal," the company said.

The Inessence brand was launched in 2010 with three other existing residences in its portfolio. The Innessence collection includes the Boulevard Vue, Alba, Skyline@Orchard Boulevard and Ferra.
