Tembusu Grand sells over 50% of units at launch

It is the best-selling project in the Rest of Central Region to date.

More than half of the units available in Tembusu Grand got sold during its first-day sales, according to Huttons Asia.

In a statement, Huttons Asia CEO Mark Yip said  Tembusu Grand is the “best-selling project in the  Rest of Central Region (RCR) to date.”

“There had not been a large project launch of this land size since Haig Court in 2004,” Yip added.

Yip attributed the strong sales of Tembusu Grand to pent-up demand and buyers’ desire to live in District 15 and the Katong area. 

The condominium is well-linked to Tanjong Katong MRT station and expressways like (ECP), (PIE) and (KPE) and a short drive to CBD, Marina Bay, Singapore Sports Hub and Changi Airport.

It is also close to educational institutions such as Tanjong Katong Primary, Haig Girls' School, Kong Hwa School, Tao Nan School, Dunman High School, Chung Cheng High School, Tanjong Katong Girl's School, and Victoria Junior College.

Huttons said Tembusu Grand buyers were a mix of investors and families with school-going children.
