In a release, Bukit Timah Green Development Pte Ltd -- a company jointly owned by TA Corporation Ltd, Hock Lian Seng Holdings Limited, King Wan Corporation Limited and Far East Distillers Pte Ltd -- confirmed that The Skywoods will be launched at Dairy Farm Road over this weekend, September 7 – 8, 2013.

Marketed by Huttons Real Estate Group, the site showroom at No.1 Dairy Farm Heights will open daily from September 7, 2013, 10.00 am to 7.00 pm.
