It aims to offer a premium lifestyle in Singapore's largest mixed-use business hub outside the city center.
SingHaiyi and Nakano Singapore has partnered to develop Sora, a high-end residential project in the Jurong Lake District.
Set within the Jurong Lake District, the largest mixed-use business hub outside the city center, Sora is expected to offer a sophisticated living experience, blending tranquility, convenience, and comfort at an unparalleled level of quality.
“Aligned with the Jurong Lake District’s transformation to become an integrated hub for live-work-play-learn, our aim is for Sora to offer its owners a premium lifestyle with a fine balance between nature and recreation,” said Raymond Chia, group chief executive officer of SingHaiyi.
“SingHaiyi’s commitment to homeowners transcends design and lifestyle to quality and peace of mind. Hence, it was a natural fit with Nakano, known for its consistency in delivering exceptional quality in their works,” he added.
The ground-breaking ceremony took place on 29 April. The Sora Gallery, located at Prinsep Street, will open its doors to the public on 22 June.
