Private home sales dropped 14% in January
Only 322 units were sold last month.
Home developers sold a total of 322 non-landed private residential units in the first month of the year, according to statistics from the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).
This figure is 14% lower compared to 376 units sold in January 2015, and is 16.1% lower compared to 386 units sold in December.
Including Executive Condominiums (ECs), a public-private housing hybrid, developers sold a total of 478 units over the month.
Among the bestsellers in January are The Poiz Residences, a condo in Potong Pasir, and The Amore, an EC project in Punggol.
