Peak resale prices of condos dipped 6.6% to a two-year low
Prices in every region also dropped.
Resale prices of non-landed residential units plunge 6.6 % in July 2016 as against peak figures in January 2014, and 0.4% compared to prices a month ago.
Singapore Real Estate Exchange’s price index showed that condo prices in all regions of the city-state also went down.
“CCR, RCR and OCR recorded a price decrease of 0.5%, 0.6% and 0.3%, respectively,” SRX said.
The price increase in June 2016 was also adjusted to 0.4% to 0.5%, it added.
