Parc Clematis sold 70% of units in weekend launch

Units were sold for an average selling price of $1,580 psf.

SingHaiyi Group’ Parc Clematis condominium has sold 70% or 324 of the 465 released units during its weekend launch for an average selling price of about $1,580 psf, an announcement revealed.

About 48% of the units sold comprised one-bedroom and various dual-key bedroom units, whilst the remaining units were preferred by homeowners looking to live in them. All apartment types across Parc Clematis’ four design series, namely Contemporary, Elegance, Signature and Masterpiece, are said to have enjoyed good take-up rates.

Sitting on an expansive 99-year leasehold site of over 633,000 sqft, Parc Clematis features 64 configurations. Residential unit sizes range from 452 sqft for a 1-bedroom unit to 2,669 sqft for the largest 5-bedroom penthouse unit. The Strata Terrace units start from 2,659 sqft and the Bungalow units are 3,832 sqft each. Prices start from $699,000 for a 1-bedroom unit, $1.05m for a 2-bedroom unit, and $1.32m for a 3-bedroom unit.

Its nine residential towers have a footprint of about 20% of the 633,639 sqft site, with the remaining 80% utilised for facilities and landscaping.
