The Myst to open for preview on 24 June

The price of apartments in The Myst ranges from $998,000 to $3.18m.

City Developments Limited (CDL) will kick off the preview for its 408-unit condominium in the Upper Bukit Timah enclave –-- The Myst –-- on 24 June.

The sales gallery for The Myst, located along Elizabeth Drive, will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. by appointment only.

The Myst comprises two 24-storey residential towers with five types of units: one-bedroom plus study (517 sq ft), two-bedroom (678 sq ft), three-bedroom (850 sq ft), four-bedroom (1,518 sq ft), and five-bedroom (1,690 sq ft).

The corresponding prices for each apartment are $998,000, $1.33m, $1.708m, $2.826m, and $3.18m, respectively.

CLD, however, said that one-third of the units at the condominium are priced at $1.5m and below.

Sales bookings for The Myst units will begin on Saturday, 8 July.
