Marina Gardens site to attract not more than 5 developers

Huttons Asia sees it will attract a top bid between $1,250 and $1,350.

Dubbed as the best site on the government land sales programme, the Marina Gardens Lane site will attract the highest bid between $1,250 and $1,350 per square foot (psf) and per plot ratio (ppr), Huttons Asia said.

Having been launched in the second half of 2022, the site will allow owner-occupiers to be close to the Central Business District and head to the Gardens by the Bay site.

“It is the first site in the Marina South precinct to be offered for sale and gives a first-mover advantage to both developers and buyers,” said Huttons.

The site will be connected to Marina South Mass Rapid Transit station, which makes travelling easier.
