Lentor Hills Residences sells half of its units during weekend launch
It achieved an average selling price of slightly above $2,000 psf.
Half of Lentor Hills Residences units (299 of 598) got sold during its weekend launch.
The average selling price of units sold was slightly above $2,000 psf.
According to PropNex, 70% of the units sold during launch were 1-bedder and 2-bedder unit types.
“Many buyers of Lentor Hills Residences were drawn to the project’s location within an up-and-coming neighbourhood that is close to central Singapore. The sensitive pricing for the units – with prices starting at $945,000 for a one-bedder and $1.356 million for a two-bedder – likely also appealed to buyers as this price range is well within the pricing sweet spot of most homebuyers,” Ismail Gafoor, CEO of PropNex Realty, said.
Meanwhile, Gafoor said the project’s healthy take-up rate reflects the “ resilient underlying demand for new private homes amongst homeowners, and that there is still ample liquidity in the market.”
