Land site at Holland Rise GCB area up for sale for $106m

Its indicative price works out to approximately $2,000 per square foot.

A 52,992 square feet land site at Holland Rise GCB area has been launched for sale for $106m, or approximately $2,000 per square foot.

The site’s marketing agent, Knight Frank Singapore, said the site’s size is more than triple the minimum land size of 1,400 sqm criterion for a piece of land to be considered for a GCB development. 

Apart from its size, the site also has excellent connectivity and is accessible via two cul-de-sacs, one at Holland Rise and another at East Sussex Lane. 

The Holland Rise GCB site is also situated off Holland Road and a short distance from Holland Village Mass Rapid Transit station and a 10 to 15 minutes drive to Orchard Road and the central business district.
