Freehold East Coast residential property up for sale for $15.25m

Expression of Interest will close at 3 p.m. on 1 November.

A freehold residential property at 29A Jalan Hajijah along upper East Coast Road is up for sale with a guide price of $25.25m or around $1,298 per square foot on land area.

In a statement, Savills said the property will be sold on vacant possession and the deadline for expression of interest is at 3 p.m. on 1 November.

Savills said the property stands on a freehold plot of around 11,746 sq. ft. and has an average plot depth of 25 metres and average plot width of 32 metres, enabling maximum design efficiency after a driveway.

The property can also be redeveloped as a bungalow or a boutique apartment block that can accommodate up to 15 units, but it the plan has to be approved by the authorities.

It is accessible through the East Coast Park Expressway and other major arterial roads, adding the East Coast vicinity will be connected to the Siglap and Bayshore MRT Stations which are 600 meters away from the site and expected to be completed by 2024.
