Frasers Property's Rivière to open for preview on 25 May

The two 36-storey towers will comprise 455 residential units.

Frasers Property Singapore will open its highly-anticipated luxury residential development, Rivière, for previews from 25 May, an announcement revealed.

Located on a land parcel enveloped by the Singapore River, the residential development is a 99-year leasehold property consisting of two 36-storey towers with 455 units. The unit mix comprises one to four-bedroom apartments, ranging from 560 sqft to 2,002 sqft.

According to Frasers Property Singapore, all 455 units will also be elevated over 18 metres above ground level, providing completely unobstructed views of the Singapore River. Residents can also enjoy spaces for rest and relaxation such as a lap pool that faces the river promenade, a sky and spa pool, an aquatic garden, and a range of outdoor dining pavilions and lounges for social gatherings.

“Atop the two residential towers, the Sky Deck will offer breath-taking views of the river and unblocked cityscape beyond. The Sky Deck features premium facilities such as a teppanyaki dining pavilion, herb garden, hot spa and a sky spa,” the firm revealed.

The sales gallery is located at 88 Zion Road, opposite Great World City, and is exclusively open for preview by appointment only. The official launch for Rivière is expected to be in July 2019.
