Discover the ten best-selling EC projects in November

Developers sold a total of 855 units.

EC developers had an outstanding month in November. Data released today by the Urban Redevelopment Authority showed that developers sold a total of 855 EC units last month, a significant jump from the measly 90 units that were sold in October.

According to Squarefoot Research, the Lake Life EC project sold the most number of units last month, after it sold 533 out of 546 units for a median price of $869 per square foot.

Bellewaters and Bellewoods clinched the second and third spots, respectively. Bellewaters sold 170 units last month for a median price of $813 psf, while 79 units were sold in Bellewoods for a median price of $800 psf.

Meanwhile, Tre Residences is in fourth place after 52 units were sold in the project for a median price of $1,588 psf. Lakeville completes the top five after it sold 30 units for a median price of $1,374 psf.

Other projects with notable sales include D'Leedon, which sold 22 units for $1,538 psf. This was followed by Waterwoods, which sold 21 units for a median price of $795 psf.

Marina One Residences sold 20 units last month for a median price of $2,199 psf. Eight Riversuites and Forestville both sold 19 units last month, for a median price of $1,370 psf and $749 psf, respectively.
