Coliwoo launches co-living property in River Valley

It also acquired the properties at 286 and 288 River Valley.

LHN Limited's co-living subsidiary brand Coliwoo has rolled out the four-storey service apartment Coliwoo River Valley 298, the 14th property the company launched.

In a statement, Coliwoo said the new fully furnished property designed for co-living is only a few minutes walk from Fort Canning MRT Station.

The Scandinavian minimalist aesthetic-themed property also offers tenants flexible leases.

In line with sustainability efforts, the property is not brand new and features solutions that reduce emissions such as motion-activated light sensors within common areas to lower electricity use.

Coliwoo added that this marks its expansion plans in the neighbourhood as it also recently acquired the nearby 286 and 288 River Valley properties.
