Chart of the day: OCR logs largest volume for condo resale in July

The highest resold condo in the region cost $3.4m

This pie chart from SRX and 99.co shows the volume breakdown of condos resold in the three different regions in Singapore with OCR logging the largest volume for condo resale at 59.1% for the month of July.

This is followed by RCR at 24.6% and CCR at 16.3%.

Overall condo resale volumes dropped by 30.7% in July however, it was still 5.5% higher than the five-year average volumes of condos resold for the same month.

Condo resale prices rose for the 24th straight month in July, rising 1.2% MoM.
