CDL opens applications for Lumina Grand

Prices of apartments in the executive condominium range from $1.3m-$1.6m.

City Developments Limited (CDL) will open the application for units at Lumina Grand on 12 January and close on 22 January.

Lumina Grand is Singapore’s first executive condominium (EC) project for 2024. Sales bookings, meanwhile, will commence on 27 January.

“Eligible first-time buyers will be entitled to a Central Provident Fund (CPF) housing grant of up to $30,000,” CDL said.
The development comprises ten 12 to 13-storey residential blocks with a site area of around 179,000 square feet (sq ft).

Prices of apartments in the executive condominium are as follows: $1.338m for a three-bedroom, $1.388m for a three-bedroom premium, $1.628m for a four-bedroom and $2.098m for a five-bedroom.

Apartment sizes in the development range from 936 sq ft for a three-bedroom to 1,496 sq ft for a typical five-bedroom unit.
