Capitaland and CDL unveil new landmark residence CanningHill Piers

The property is set to be launched in the fourth quarter of 2021.

Capitaland and CDL announced today their newest joint residential development, CanningHill Piers.

The project is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2021 and is located between Fort Canning Hill and the Singapore River. Currently, it is the only residential structure to have this unique setup.

Aside from having access to Clarke Quay, the landmark residence is also slated to be a component that includes a hotel, operated under the Moxy brand by Marriot International, and a commercial establishment named CanningHill Square.

The buildings will be designed by Danish architecture firm, Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), known for developments such as 8 House in Copenhagen and Via 57 West in New York. The group is also in charge of CapitaSpring, another of CapitaLand’s developments in Raffles Place.

CanningHill Piers would be the first residential project of BIG in Asia.

Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
