Knight Frank Singapore, the property’s sole marketing agent, said the guide price for the property is $20m, translating to $2,139 per square foot (sq ft) over the land area. 

The corner land plot with a bungalow thereon, located on Dyson Road with convenient access via Thomson Road and Bukit Timah Road, features 9,350 sq ft of freehold land with a built-up area of approximately 5,000 sq ft. 

The asset includes four bedrooms, a helper’s room, a spacious living room, dining area, kitchen, and a large car porch.

Positioned within a “residential" two-storey mixed landed zone, the property presents potential for residential development. It is also located near major transport nodes, healthcare facilities, esteemed educational institutions, and a diverse range of lifestyle amenities.

“This is a quiet and exclusive residential estate which offers residents easy access to Orchard Road and all parts of Singapore,” said Mary Sai, executive director of capital markets at Knight Frank Singapore.

“The property is ideal for immediate owner occupation or redevelopment, and promises potential capital appreciation,” she added.

The tender will close on Thursday, 6 June, at 3 PM.
