Bukit Sembawang to launch preview of Luxus Hills

Houses can be leased with a 20% down payment or reserved with a 10% deposit.

Bukit Sembawang Estates Ltd will commence preview of the next phase of luxury home development Luxus Hills starting 30 August, according to a press release.

Located in Seletar Hills Estate, the landed development includes 78 exclusive 999-year leasehold landed homes for immediate occupancy, to be launched in this phase.

Houses can be bought through deferred payment schemes including downpayment of 20%, or reservations with 10% deposit.

Each four-storey, five-bedroom home has a plot area of 150 to 274 sqm, with built up areas from 329 to 354 sqm. Some have swimming pools.

Homeowners will hold title deeds to the land, and can reconfigure, redesign, and rebuild their homes.

The launch will also comprise 58 inter-terrace, 10 corner terrace, and 10 semi-detached homes.

The homes are connected to the Central Expressway and Tampines Expressway, and upcoming North-South Corridor and Cross Island MRT Line.

It is also near nature spots like Lower Peirce Reservoir, Punggol Waterway Park and the Punggol Promenade Nature Walk, as well as schools like Rosyth School, Hougang Primary School and Hougang Secondary School.

Bukit Sembawang is expecting to release another 39 homes next year, and to develop 99-year land parcels thereafter.
