The Arcady at Boon Keng sold 51 units or nearly 30% of its 172 units on its launch day, data from PropNex showed.
One-bedder and two-bedder types accounted for the majority of the sales, with all 1-bedroom units being snapped up.
“The smaller family size in Singapore means that most families view a 2-bedroom unit as ideal. Investors like The Arcady at Boon Keng as it is within 1km of St Andrews Junior School, Hong Wen School (SAP) and Bendemeer Primary School,” Huttons commented.
Huttons and PropNex said most buyers at The Arcady at Boon Keng were Singaporeans and permanent residents.
