Applications for CDL’s Copen Grand open Oct. 7

City Developments Limited (CDL) and MCL Land will open the sale gallery for Copen Grand starting 7 October. 

Interested buyers who wish to apply for the property may visit the sales gallery from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily but by appointment only. 

Copen Grand, the first executive condominium (EC) in Tengah Town, has 12 blocks of 14-storey residential towers with a total of 639 units. 

The size of the units ranges from 807 square feet (sq ft) for a two-bedroom plus study to 1,722 sq ft for a top-floor five-bedroom premium unit. 

Prices of units at the first executive condominium (EC) in Tengah Town start at $1.08m for a two-bedroom plus study, $1.18m for a three-bedroom deluxe, S$1.28m for a three-bedroom premium, $1.48m for a four-bedroom deluxe, $1.58m for a four-bedroom premium and $1.88m for a five-bedroom premium.

Sales bookings for the development will begin on 22 October. Eligible first-time buyers can receive a Central Provident Fund (CPF) housing grant of up to $30,000.
