Altura EC posts new price high of $1,585 per square foot: realtors group

This after it sold a 980 square feet unit worth $1.55m on 15 September 2023.

Singapore Realtors Incorporated said Altura executive condominium (EC) beats the previous psf high of Copen Ground after achieving a psf price high of $1,585 psf.

In a statement, the realtors group said this is an all-time high for an EC since Copen Grand posted a new psf price high of $1,499.

Altura surpassed this value after it sold a 980-square-foot unit at $1.55m.

Altura, located at Bukit Batok West Avenue 8, is a joint venture between Qingjian Realty and Santarli Construction. 

“This EC development also topped the best-selling project list in the month of August, with a total of 225 units sold at a median price of $1,480 psf,” read the statement.

Altura has sold 315 out of 360 available units to date.

“This translates to an impressive take-up rate of 87.5%, signifying the appeal and the popularity that Altura has garnered amongst prospective home buyers,” read the statement.
