About 950,000 HDB flats households to get quarterly GSTV rebates in July 2023

Qualified households will receive double their regular U-Save.

Eligible households residing in HDB flats will receive their quarterly GSTV – U-Save and GSTV – S&CC rebates in July 2023.

According to the government, the regular U-save amounts to about 8 to 10 months’ worth of utilities bills for the average household living in one- and two-room HDB flats, and about four to six months’ worth of utilities bills for the average household living in three- and four-room HDB flats.

Aside from this, eligible households will also receive their quarterly GSTV – S&CC Rebate to offset between 0.5 and 1 month of their S&CC payable to their respective Town Councils next month.

“Households do not need to take any action to benefit from the GSTV – U-Save and GSTV – S&CC rebates,” read the statement.
