2 sites at Tampines North Drive 5 put on sale: JTC

One of the sites is on sale for $7m.

Two sites located at Tampines North Drive 5 were put on sale as part of the first half of the 2022 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) programme, industrial landscape developer, JTC said in a joint statement with the Singapore government.

The launched sites were Plot 10 and Plot 9, which will be sold via public tender. For Plot 10, the site, which has an area of 0.50 hectares and a 2.5 gross plot ratio, will be closed on 21 June 2022 at 11 a.m.

Plot 9, which has a site area of 0.49 and a gross plot ratio of 2.5, will be closed on 7 June at 11 a.m. It also has a committed bid price of not less than $7m and was made available for application through the Reserve List System under the first half of the 2022 IGLS Programme.
