Who topped the Pasir Ris Drive 3 tender?
Capital Development Pte. Ltd. placed the highest bid of $210,999,000 in a small field of competitors.
Only four other bidders vied for the 22,317.4-sqm residential lot, said the Urban Redevelopment Authority in announcing the tender results.
Singland Development Pte. Ltd. came in at a close second with a bid of $209,888,000 while OUE Reef Development Pte. Ltd placed a bid of $198,105,000.
Capital Development's top bid translates to tendered sale price of $4,502.08 per sqm of gross floor area. Pasir Ris Drive 3 has a maximum permissible gross floor area of 46,867 sqm.
The tender winner will be announced at a later date.
