Roxy-Pacific snaps up Sydney residential sites for AS$67.4m

Roxy-Pacific Holdings revealed on Tuesday that it plans to buy two city fringe residential development sites in Glebe, Sydney, for a total consideration of AS$67.4m ($68.9m).
The sites have an aggregate land area of approximately 7,125 square metres, with a development potential of 248 residential units.
The acquisition will be financed by internal funds and bank borrowings
