Hedges Park sold 130 units at preview launching

The apartments consisting of one to four bedroom units, from 484 to 1798 sq ft, sold at an average price of $850psf.

According to Hong Leong Group Singapore, Singaporeans made up 90% of the buyers.

Prices of Hedges Park range from $466,000 for a 1-bedroom apartment to $1.06m for a 4-bedroom apartment. Developed by the Tripartite Developers Pte Ltd, a joint venture with Hong Leong Holdings Ltd, City Developments Limited and TID Pte Ltd, the project uses water as the main attraction to create a living space that combines the best of a ‘water wonderland’ with the lush comforts of home. With three distinct water courtyards running through the landscape, residents can enjoy pedal boat rides, take a walk on the shore by the pebble-wash beach pool, or engage in a treasure hunt in a ‘sea cave’ perched on an island for the little ones.

The location of this 99-year leasehold development is ideal for many reasons. The business hub in Changi Business Park and the upcoming academic hub with institutions such as Singapore University of Technology and Design, the Japanese School, United World College, Temasek Polytechnic, among others, make it a draw for both professionals and families with children.
