GSH unveils 632-unit prime condo in Kuala Lumpur

Around 200 units have already been released.

Following its successful launch of GSH Plaza in the heart of Singapore's Central Business District, mainboard-listed GSH Corporation Limited went overseas and unveiled a 632-unit luxury condominium in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

According to the group, 200 units were already released in the first phase of the launch on Tuesday, with 150 units already booked through VIP and private viewings.

The 52-storey condo, which is named Eaton Residences, is located along Embassy Row and just few walks away the shopping belt of Bukit Bintang. It is also within walking distance of the Twin Towers MRT station.

Eaton has typical one-to-four bedroom apartments ranging from 635 sq ft to 2,874 sq ft. Its penthouses, on the other hand, range from 2,271 sq ft to 2,982 sq ft.

GSH Executive Chairperson Datuk Sam Goi said the launch of the condo marks another milestone for the group after the launch of GSH Plaza in Singapore.

"Moving ahead, we will be launching two ocean-fronting residential projects in the Sutera Harbour precinct in Kota Kinabalu,” he said.
