Buyer boom: 319 units in Blossom Residences sold in a month

In its initial launch alone, 150 units were snapped up.

According to a release, City Developments Limited’s latest residential project, Blossom Residences, was warmly received by homebuyers, with 115 units sold yesterday to second-time buyers or upgraders. This follows the encouraging response at the initial launch to eligible buyers, mainly first-timers, on 7 July, with 150 units snapped up. To-date, a total of 319 units have been sold.

Priced at an average of about S$685 per square foot, prices at the 602-unit Executive Condominium (EC) ranged from S$548,000 for a 2 bedroom to S$841,000 for a 4 bedroom apartment.
