Agile Property Holdings sales reach RMB3.14b in February

Pushes up year-to-date sales to RMB5.66b.

The board of directors of Agile Property Holdings Limited is pleased to announce that for the month ended February 2014, the sales of the Company and its subsidiaries was RMB3.14 billion.

The corresponding gross floor area (GFA) sold was 272,000 sq.m.. The average selling price was RMB11,538 per sq.m.. For the two months ended 28 February 2014, the accumulated sales of the Group was RMB5.66 billion. The corresponding GFA sold was 468,000 sq.m.. The average selling price was RMB12,115 per sq.m..
