SJ Capital’s Jool Suites is slow to sell remaining units

The shoebox apartment at Farrer Park is already previewing for more than six weeks but still has 9 out of its 52 units unsold.

The remaining are six one-bedroom units and three units of penthouses, according to a source which markets the property.

Marketing agents expected Jool Suites to be a one-day sell out during its preview on July 28 given its location which spells high capital appreciation and rental yield. Market watchers however complained of the high psf price for such small-sized apartments.

A one-bedroom unit at Jool suites ranged from 398-409 sqft, two-bedroom 624 sqft and penthouses from 603-936 sqft. The average selling price is $1500-1600 psf.

Marketing agents at propertlylaunch.sg were quoted as saying “Farrer Park, one of the most highly recommended and highly sought after location in District 08 Singapore after Farrer Park MRT runs live.”

“[Farrer Park] has been the focus for many investors and developers due its superb centralise location at the fringe of the city and many shopping malls close by. Rentability is never an issue as there is a hugh demand for residential units because of the buzzing vibrant life here,” they added.

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
