Singapore's 10 most in demand mixed development
7 out of 10 are not yet completed.
Square Foot Research reports that mixed developments have seen a pick-up in interest. The commercial units in a mixed project, it said can fetch up to 5 times the per-square-foot price of the residential units.
The retail units, it added, are especially in demand, given their scarce supply in the market.
Here are the list of most in demand mixed development based on the number of transactions and rental contracts in the last 6 months. Most are new projects.
