Oxley’s Vibes at East Coast more than half sold on May 25 Launch

Around 50% of the 117 residential units and 80% of the 28 commercial units were snapped up, said Huttons Real Estate Group project director Loke TC.

“We don’t have the final data yet but on my estimate, the property is more than half sold on its launch last week,” he added.  Mr. Loke's estimate translates to around 81 units of "Vibes" sold. 

For a one-bedroom unit of an average size of 344 sqft / 32 sqm, the selling price of the property starts at S$ 1,497.09 psf or S$ 515,000. It is expected to receive temporary occupancy permit in 2015.

“Vibes” is the latest project of listed developer, Oxley Module Pte Ltd and is tagged as “the Gem of the East”.

The “Vibes”, which is situated in District 15, offers an exclusive living with a contemporary façade, said property agents.
