MCL Land sold more than a third of Terrasse on May 21 Launch

A total of 150 out of the 200 released units of the “Terrasse” at Hougang were snapped up during its first weekend launch, a spokesperson from MCL Land told Singapore Business Review.

The “Terrasse”, situated in district 19, is consists of 414 units housed in 8 blocks of 5-storey development.

The property with a land area of 325,024 sqft is a “rare large scale development” which offers “high potential for resale and rental”, said property specialist Kenny Tay of apropertyaffair.com.

Attractions of the property, according to Mr. Tay are as follows:
