Laverne's Loft Launches on Friday

EXCLUSIVE: The 5-storey Laverne’s Loft of Asimont Holding Pte Ltd at Telok Kurau will open this Friday, April 8.

The 44-unit residential apartment expects a crowd as it is situated in District 15 - which is named as one of the highest tenancy rate locations in Singapore - and yet to be sold only at a very affordable $500K, according to experts.

“Laverne's Loft will be attractive because of its low quantum and that its located in the choice living district of Singapore, which is District 15,” said Zhiwei Lin, a property specialist with propertyguru.com.

Property consultant Valerie Tan of www.acepropertyhub.com even claimed that units at Laverne’s are cheaper than any subsale units in TelokKurau.

The project also takes pride of its 36 one-bedroom units whose spacious master room can fit king size bed, furnished with marble flooring and digital lock set, said Ms. Tan noting that this is a “rare” feature.

Ms. Lin meanwhile believes that the major selling point of Laverne’s in the future will be its proximity to Tao Nan School which is just less than 1km away.

“Imagine the potential in value it will have in future when parents island-wide searching for a nearby home to put their children in this school,” said Ms. Lin.

According to Huttons Real Estate Group, which markets the property, Laverne’s is in a vibrant location where no HDB and high rise can be seen. It is also surrounded by hundreds of amenities and famous eateries.

The property also offers high capital appreciation and rental yields as it is in close proximity with the upcoming Katong Mall and easy access to major expressway like ECP and PIE.
