Hoi Hup’s Arc @ Tampines oversubscribed

The 574-unit executive condo has about 3 applications to 1 unit, estimates ECG Property.

According to ECG senior district director Eric Tng, the six-day registration of interest ended yesterday, Sept 5, and balloting will be conducted on Thursday, Sept 8.

When asked what makes it a hot item, Mr. Tng has this to say: “Arc@Tampines is a resort themed project with activities for all ages. There will also be multi-generation units.”

“This project is in the condo belt in Tampines and has easy access to major expressways. The new MRT will be about 1 km away when opened in 2018,” he added.

The property is expected to receive TOP on Dec. 2015. It has an average price of $700 psf.

“There is still a lot of demand from Singaporeans who wants to own a condo. With condo prices almost out of reach for young Singaporeans, EC is the next best alternative in owning a condo,” noted Mr. Tng.
