17 out of the 21 units at Block 105 Petir Road, which offers unblock panoramic view of the Bukit Timah Hill, were already snapped up, said property agents at Orange Tee which market the 496-unit development.

Property agents said that Foresque Residences’ developer Wing Tai Asia already released around 200 units since May 14 preview and is receiving “overwhelming response” especially those sold at block 105, which is comprised of 3-4 bedroom units.

The four remaining units at Block 105 which are all 3-bedroom ones has an average size of 1184sft and are being sold at $960psf. The price range starts at $1.137 million to $1.26 million.
