Silverlake net profits up 22% to $28.45m
Due to increased contribution from two segments.
Silverlake reported a better-than-expected 3QFY15, with revenue and NPAT growing 5% and 22% respectively.
According to RHB Group, this was mainly due to increased contribution from the higher-margin maintenance and enhancement segment as a result of more GST-related enhancement contracts from Malaysia.
On the other hand, forex gains from the SGD and USD appreciation resulted in other income surging to MYR5.1m from MYR0.3m in 3QFY14.
