Chia Siew Chuin appointed as Colliers Research and Advisory Director

Ms Chia will take over from Ms Tay Huey Ying, who will assume the role of a Consultant to Colliers International.

Ms Chia has more than 14 years of work experience in the real estate industry and her forte is in cross sector market research, consultancy advisory and valuation. She joined Colliers International in 2005 as a manager in the Research & Advisory department and her role was expanded in 2008 to spearhead the advisory function to provide research and strategic advisory to clients. She has undertaken numerous advisory assignments for a wide clientele base ranging from fund managers, real estate investment trusts, financial institutions, property developers, public listed companies, multinational corporations and government agencies.

Both appointments of Ms Chia and Ms Tay will take effect on April 1, 2011.
