LifeBrandz names Wong Joo Wan as director

He brings more than 18 years’ experience in the area of corporate advisory and finance, corporate restructuring and recovery and also specialises in investigations and litigation support services.

Lifebrandz announced the appointment of Wong Joo Wan as independent non-executive director.

Mr Wong, 46, is also chairman of Renumeration Committee and a member of Audits and Nominating Committees, according to a LifeBrandz report.

Wong Joo Wan is a Director of Alternative Advisors Pte Ltd, Alternative Advisors Investments Pte Ltd and Alternative Advisors Associates. He has considerable experience in the supervision of numerous commercial and securities fraud investigations, and has undertaken various valuation and financial review assignments. He has a depth of knowledge in voluntary arrangements for individuals to structure viable repayment plans with creditors.
