Kingsmen Creatives appoints Tan Yong Kwang as financial controller and joint company secretary

He will replace Judith Low Chu Li who will pursue further studies and other personal interests.

Kingsmen Creatives announced the appointment of Tan Yong Kwang as financial controller and joint company secretary.

Mr Tan, 42, will be in charge of the Company's financial and accounting functions in Singapore. In addition, he will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting and accounting functions relating to the Group with respect to the laws and regulations of Singapore, according to a Kingsmen Creatives report.

He was financial controller (designate) of Kingsmen Creatives from August 2014 to November 2014, financial controller of International Healthway Corporation from November 2011 to January 2014 and CFO of Sinopipe Holdings from November 2004 to October 2011.

Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
