GSH appoints Huang Lui as Director

She holds a Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Singapore.

The Board of GSH announced the appointment of Huang Lui as Director.

Ms. Huang Lui, 68, has practiced for more than 40 years as a property and conveyancing lawyer. Unlike the day to day conveyancer her work involves what can be described as high end conveyancing involving matters like banking law and the preparation of a variety of banking instruments, preparation of joint venture agreements between developers, en-bloc collective sales, advising clients on Reits, acting for housing and commercial developers, advising corporate clients and leasing of residential and commercial buildings. She is fluent in written and spoken Mandarin holds a Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Singapore, according to a GSH report.
