The Board of Elekromotive Group announced the resignation of Lau Wing Tat as Non-Executive and Independent Director.
Mr Lau, 58, was also Chairman of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees and a member of the Audit Committee, according to an Elektromotive Group report.
He was appointed to the post 8 March 2012.
