Digiland International appoints Cai Sui Xin as Chairman

Mr Cai has extensive business experience in the region and in particular, in the coal and coke industry.

The Board of Digiland International announced the appointment of Cai Sui Xin as Executive Director and Chairman of Board. The Company has identified the coal and coke business as a feasible new business line, to ride on the Asian growth story. Mr Cai has extensive business experience in the region and in particular, in the coal and coke industry. He heads one of China’s biggest producers and operators of metallurgy coke, winning various accolades in investment entreprise. His experience in Sino-foreign joint ventures will be invaluable for the Company to establish and develop itself as a new player in the industry.

Mr Cai, 51, will establish and develop the Company as a new player in the coal and coke industry, linking the Company to industry contacts, according to a Digiland International report.

He has been Chairman of Loudong General Nice Resources (China) Holdings Limited(Listed in Hong Kong), Hong Kong from September 2008 to date. He is also Chairman of Abterra Ltd. (Listed in Singapore), Singapore from September 2006 to date and Founder, General Manager Shanxi Loudong-General Nice Coking & Gas Co., Ltd, Shanxi China from September 2001 to date.
