Serial System announced the resignation of Choo Luke Chin as chief executive officer and director of Serial Mutlivision, a 65%-owned subsidiary of the group.
Mr Choo, 45, was responsible for day-to-day operations and business management of Serial Multivision.
He was appointed to the post on 23 November 2009, according to a Serial System report.
