SPH to donate $400,000 to 20 charities

Singapore Press Holdings will be having its Charity Giving on 4 August 2010 at the SPH News Centre Auditorium.

Dr Tony Tan, Chairman of SPH and SPH Foundation, will be the event's Guest of Honour, who will present the cheque to RADM (RET) Kwek Siew Jin, President of National Council of Social Service, who will receive the donation on behalf of the beneficiaries, the SPH announcement said.

SPH said the event will also feature performances by various schools, organisations and SPH staff.
