Moove over, the cows are back

Over 400 Moove Media cows clad in corporate attire will be grazing 51 venues in Singapore for the next three weeks.

In a release, more than 400 Moove Media cows can be seen grazing Singapore’s open spaces for the next three weeks in 51 locations across the island including Raffles Place, Orchard Road, Esplanade –Theatres on the Bay, Toa Payoh, Braddell and Sengkang. They are part of the “Moove Cows@Work” campaign that ComfortDelGro Group’s outdoor advertising arm, Moove Media Pte Ltd, has launched in celebration of Singapore’s workforce.

Here's more from Comfort Delgro:

The Moove Cows@Work campaign focuses on several jobs across various industries. Said Mrs Jayne Kwek, CEO, Moove Media: “We have had our cows take on different personas over the years. This time round, the idea of ‘Moove Cows@Work’ is meant to salute the professionals, executives and rank-and-file workers, who have helped shape Singapore’s past, present and future.”

As part of the campaign, Moove Media will run an interactive online contest on its Facebook page, www.facebook.com/MooveMediaOutdoor, in which public can send photographs of poses they have taken with the cows. Participants who have garnered the most “votes” or have the most creative caption will stand to win attractive prizes including a pair of Cathay Pacific air tickets to Hong Kong or Bangkok, a Nikon 14.1-megapixel digital camera and two pairs of Shaw movie tickets. Results of the contest will be announced on 24 August 2012.

Members of the public can also buy any Moove Cows@Work after the campaign ends, subject to stock availability. All they have to do is write to advertising@moovemedia.com.sg or call 6383 0735 to enquire. Each cow, which stands at about 1.3 metres tall, is priced at $200 nett*. All proceeds from the sale of cows will go towards the ComfortDelGro/Lions Befrienders’ Home Improvement Fund which serves to improve the living conditions of the elderly living in one-room flats.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

You're the reader we write for. You're also the person our partners want to reach.

If that sentence describes you — a founder, a C-suite, someone whose attention companies pay good money for — then you already understand why SBR works. We've spent twenty years earning the trust of readers exactly like you. Which is exactly what makes this an interesting place for your company to show up, too.

The ways it can show up are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The right fit depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If your company has something this audience should know about, we'd like to hear what you're working on.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.

30 One-Sentence Stories From People Who Have Built Better Habits
None of these stories are mine. They were sent to me by readers of Atomic Habits. My hope is that these examples will illustrate how real people are putting the book into practice. They will show you what people are actually doing to build good habits and break bad ones. And hopefully, they will spark some ideas for how you can do the same.
